Yesterday the Safe, Clean Neighborhood Parks and Open Space Measure (Measure A) passed spectacularly with over 73% of the vote, well over the 2/3 majority needed! Voters showed that parks are a priority. This is a historic moment – with this measure LA County will have a permanent source of funding for parks and green space tied to ensuring access for all communities. We couldn’t have made it here without you, so thank you deeply for all your support and everything you have done to bring this past the finish line successfully.
Moving forward, keep a look out for next steps on implementing the measure coming from the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District here.

Make no mistake, getting to a 2/3 majority vote is hard. We know you understand the importance of ensuring access to well maintained parks and open space for ALL Angelenos.
